You can order a product by adding it to your shopping cart in our webshop. The next step is to complete your full address and contact information. The final step is to chose a payment method. Your order has been placed sucesfully after completing the payment.

After placing your order sucesfully you will always receive a conformation by email.

The delivery time within the Netherlands is between 1-2 working days. To the rest of Europe the delivery time is about 3-7 working days. Outside of Europe it can be up to 10 working days thanks to international shipping. You will always receive a track & trace code when your order has been shipped. Based on your address we will always show the expected delivery date. All delivery times as communicated by us are indicative and subject to circumstances.

Are you not happy with your order? Starting from the date of delivery you have 14 days to send your items back to us. You will receive the orginal purchase amount back. The costs of returning the order are won't be refunded.
